People who use 'what artstyle lol' to justify making more artstyle-breaking items can go to hell. However, I think adding a good-looking, style-fitting item that meet a demand - like this bowler hat does - is a good enough cause to allow a flimsy justification.

Or for every 5-10 kills = Tally.

As in not a Brony skin, But a skin to fit in the TF2 world. And also i got the idea from my Grandpa's old B.A.R He would have a kills tally and a "Up front" tally. And it was a pretty beat up rifle. Since the original mod is loosely based on the B.A.R I thought "Why not"?
