Anybody ever thought of doing a soda jerk set for Scout? like a hat and a button up shirt with a bow-tie? I think it would look pretty cool and fit the scout pretty well (remember how tf2 is "supposed" to be set in the 40's-50's). Something like this:

While any facial hair is better than no facial hair as far as I'm concerned, right now the muttonchops don't capture that refined, machiavellian sort of style the rest of the pack has.
and, to be completely honest, its pretty much the same facial hair the demo already has, only modeled on. Not to mention that we're already drowning in muttonchops with the gorbort stuff.
I think you guys should give adding in a gotee a shot. It doesn't have to be exactly like mine, but I think it would add alot of class to the demo as well as making it much more unique and memorable item rather than just cockswain's chops for the demoman.
Also, aside from adding the gotee, (or instead if you dont think that it would be worth doing) I think it would be worthwhile to add one or more subtle details to the face to connect it with the fancy theme even more (like you did with the bicorne) Just off the top of my head, I think something like small team colored gems on the demo's eye patch or giving him a team yellow gold tooth. Even a small liar's gap could pair well with the bowler bat I think.

Oh man, I have a completely modeled and half (only blue) textured boater hat sitting on my hard drive. I was planning on making them to match the Miser Brother's hats...
