plaid, trim, and completely blank?

enough about dragons
please.
Finally finished the orc jaw and surprisingly got it to mostly work. Sadly couldn't change the normals for each flex so you can sometimes see some clashing with phong but not often. Plus its not noticeable at any normal gameplay distance.

I need to do facial flexes on the Fashionable megalomaniac beard. How long did that took you?

A month but only because I had to line up the inner edges of the jaw with the underlying heavy mesh for each flex. Plus I was being a bit lazy throughout most of it. :v:

I take it a facial flex fix for the all-father is a no. :(

I mean I could but I probably should ask if the creator doesn't mind. Plus Valve was the one who did the flexes themselves iirc.
Can anyone help me with decompiling the player models, by any chance? I'm in GCFScape and there are more files than I know what to do with

What do you need to decompile the model for?
What do you need to decompile the model for?
My friend (who is the creator of the new scout item, the Fast Learner!) said that itemtest sucks, and I should use studiomdl or whatever it's called.
Also, when I told him I used the source SDK model for the pyro, and said "hey, the medal bone is gone" he told me that the source sdk models are old and shitty, and pointed me in the direction of a decompiling tutorial (http://forums.tf2maps.net/archive/index.php/t-8971.html)

Ok so have you located the pyro's .mdl files? There should be 6 other files related to the pyro too.
Ok so have you located the pyro's .mdl files? There should be 6 other files related to the pyro too.
Nope. I opened up the TF2 .gcf in GCFScape, and I don't see any .mdl files.

Well you have to locate the files in gcfscape look in the tf/models/player file directory

This directory being INSIDE the .gcf file? because there's no /models directory.

The wood... confuses me.
whats confusing?
Looks more like chalk than wood.

Thoughts on this wood? First hand-painted wood I've done. (It's a work in progress)
