The Defiant Spartan is different from a Centurion Helmet, as with looks, and origin.

The Defiant Spartan.
Greek Spartan warriors would wear them, their's didn't have the red plume, but the generals would wear the plumed ones symbolizing their higher rank, as depicted with the Defiant Spartan. The Spartan helmet covers the face more than a Centurion helmet does.

No it was not inspired by ponies, my inspiration was actually taken from the little roman guy from Night at the Museum. I just took a couple of liberties on designing it though.

recommendation for next time, if you really want to hide filepaths, take the time to put a rectangle over it as the path is still legible, right now, it looks like you tryed to hide it and didn't exactly hide it so well...
Select each image in turn, then shift-click the X button next to the name. Save your file and re-open it (I closed Blender and restarted it as a test, simply closing and reopening the file SHOULD work). If the data block has 0 users (which shift-clicking does), it says it won't save them.
