Though in the case of the Makarov you probably wouldn't have to make a new model, just recolor the default pistol as they're pretty similar. There's even a dent for the soviet star insignia on the regular pistol's grip.

Has anyone else noticed how heavy has little to none actual Russian weapons?
I'm especially disappoint how none of his primaries are Russian, apart from Iron Curtain that's Russian-themed but still basically a stylized Dillon M134 minigun like Sasha and Natasha.
Reminds me of how funny Heavy holds pistol in randomizer.

Not really. The default minigun and natascha are just stylised versions of the Dillon Aero/General Electric M134 Minigun, an American gun, the Tomislav is a stylised Thompson M1 SMG, another American gun, and the Family Business is just your generic pump-action shotgun with wooden furniture and a strange tactical stock/rifle style pistol grip hybrid.

I request that somebody makes Monty Python items for TF2. Maybe King Arthur's hat/Brian's hat for Sniper, Sir Robin's hat/Mr. Cheeky for Scout, The "It's" man's beard for Heavy, and the Colonel's everything for the Soldier.
Actually, everything that has to do with Eric Idle should be an item for Scout, because he usually plays characters that are cowards.
