You all know you should've been skeptical of a Wednesday "Major Update". Valve has never (to what I remember) released a major update on a Wednesday, usually Tuesdays or Thursdays.
So tommorow's the night FOR SURE

No, misc 2 and loadout saving are confirmed, but F00l did say more infos tomorrow.
I have a feeling the Hallowe'en update will be very soon because of some correlation from two years ago. Basically, the [url=http://www.teamfortress.com/post.php?id=2851]post about the Guard Dog Update[/url] (in 2011, the Sniper trading with a Spiral Night) was there for a month, from September to October of 2009. Then there was a [url=http://www.teamfortress.com/post.php?id=2974]behind-the-scenes post[/url] (back then about Meet the Sniper, now about a hat). The next blog post, mere days after the last, was for the [url=http://www.teamfortress.com/post.php?id=3013]Hallowe'en Special[/url]. Could we be seeing the Third Team Fortress Hallowe'en Special soon? Probably not but a mann can dream.

Last Halloween update was a Wednesday. As was, er, I think it was Scout update? Or was it Heavy? One of those two, I think it was Heavy.

Alright well I hope this update doesn't contain more of those [B]stupid[/B] hats everyone enjoys to much.
Personally, I think that they may give an extra week for the Halloween Update, just because there are so many new players who didn't get to try last year's events and also they'll be running 3 whole events simultaneously, so they may want to give the community more time to enjoy it.

I'm going to miss this thread, and I feel like in the future Valve isn't going to make so many leaky mistakes, so another thread like this may never exist again. Remember, it's possible after tomorrow, there won't be a single thing left from the old STS leak, we will be starting fresh. No leads, no hints, nothing to expect.

Why do we need evidence to speculate about updates?
I'm actually a bit thankful that it's going to be tomorrow since I'm not going to even be home later tonight at the time that an update would normally hit v:v:v
Yeah, I still can't play yet, but I like to be amidst the reactions instead of reading them over a few hours later.

this one was different. This was the first update ever where we knew pretty much everything in it for months. Remember, some of the items being added we have known were being worked on since early april!
I doubt Valve will accidently put 50+ strings of text of the next 7 months of updates again.
I look at this update as the closing of a chapter. After this update, we will be in "post-STS leak" updates, as hopefully the few strands left from that leak work their way into the update (I think they will). From the Replay update until now, we've always had little bits and pieces of that STS leak. But now I think that's ending, there won't be any more items from the April STS leak after tomorrow.
But then, tomorrow only has the 2nd misc and bugfixes, and this thread still stays alive until we Get everything that was in STS leak, or Halloween at least.

Ehh, if it's only that then I got my hopes up for nothing. 2nd misc isn't a big deal to me tbh. I'd prefer bunch of new weapons..
