It's 11:30 am here, and Valve's 2 hours behind my time.
Well when I made the Mistake to stay up for the Uber Update, I was awake untill 4 in the morning. That is what you have to expect over and under Germany. We are one hour ahead of the UK so they will get it at 3am
That is, if the Update hits the same time as the Uber Update.

Any time today, just not for a bout four hours since I'm in classes. We live in about the same time zone (11:42 AM here) so it shouldn't be hard to arrange something.

They were not added to the schema during the leak, and were not leaked from the STS.
