the last two times we had special crates everything in it was findable within days... I'm not sure what the big deal is with special holiday crates.

Actually we've only had two halloween events, in 2009 and 2010. But yeah, I don't think they'll skip it. People expect an update, especially after the brilliant halloween event last year.

Also I assume promotional codes is for special stuff.
