So this year, we'll get the Ghastliest Gibus, right?
I doubt Ghastliest will be the name, but probably, yes. Maybe Even Ghastlier, or Ghastlierer.

A mix of hunted and zombie fortress.[/QUOTE] As long as there's only one bomb at a time, but you can pass it around or pick it up if it gets dropped as Heavy or Soldier, then this is an amazing idea.
I hope the upcoming update has something special planned. Last thing i think anyone wants is a rehash of last year. Okay new map new boss gifts are the same except we're making it so you gotta be registered to have them drop in entirely random places which everyone will play Scout to rush at, enjoy. I'd like to see it redone, like previously said, with some kind of system. Even in a goofy fashion. It's a silly halloween event!
yea, I don't think we're just going to get a new boss. Especially since that HLDS implied, to me at least, that matchmaking was going to get some kind of new entry for Holiday specific maps.

I'm guessing that we'll get hats, maybe a few reskin weapons, a new map or two, Raid Mode, and a new boss.

Anyway, while I do not think he will be a boss, I have this feeling the pyro is going to be the protagonist/antagonist of this update.
Do you guys think the drops will reset early if the update comes out before the drops reset?
I hope that if there are new items that require ridiculous amounts of metal (see: Unusal Haunted Scrap) they are at least curtious enough to give us a double drop week or something.

Maybe with the Cremator's Conscience added.

That's why I like it.

If they had just added on the horns and wings onto the pre-existing pose, it'd look like he sees with the horns, because they're coming out of the gasmask's eyes.

But I hope we get to fight hordes of NPC enemies one day, NPCs that aren't bot versions of the regular classes and instead are more like classic enemies. Robot enemies would likely be immune to crits and fire, since the buildings are.
I really hope that this time inside the gifts we'll find halloween weapons! They could be reskins, or totally new weapons, but they still would be better than some paper masks.Or maybe some haunted scrap metal,you mix it with a weapon, ex scrap metal + sandivch = mistery meat. To remove the scout hording valve could add a filter: if you always pick the gift, you can't pick it anymore for 20 minutes.
^Gifts should be rotation based, and without being random, to ensure everyone gets it after a while.
Here's a thought; have an NPC enemy that gives the gift to whoever kills it first, with a "consolation prize" given to whoever assisted? Then again Snipers would have an upper-hand like Scouts did.

I don't know if Insaneicide finished his skeleton player pack, but if he did, it would be amazing if it temporarily got ingame.
