Wait, in 2009 annual halloween was introduced. in 2010 annual christmas was introduced. in 2011 annual saxxy awards were intruduced. what happens in 2012?

I don't want to see a decrease in the quality of bosses, and I don't think it would be a good idea to have bosses too often. And yes, I imply monoculus was a good boss. Again, and I know not everybody liked degroot keep, I would like a new medieval map. Morrigan alley would be perfect. Medieval mode is a whole different game, and I've been playing it a whole lot since it came out. Sure, some could argue that degroot keep is a mindless demoknighting, especially with the jump glitch, but all the classes have an actual use in medieval. My point is, medieval mode puts some otherwise too situational weapons in the spotlight. It was the biggest one-day update ever released. It had a valve made map and content from the fancy vs nasty update, as well as easy to get item sets with balanced bonuses.

Their only primary requires them to stay almost immobile for a second or so. The medic crossbow is far better for such an open map. I'd like something that doesn't involves Gifts, even if it's Xmas. I seriously hope for a Medieval map (Maybe a medieval city full of snow and alpine trees?) And a shitload of new weapons,and this time less sets more cool weapons from the community. Cmon, i'd love to see something else than a set, just random weapons. Also something for the engineer to be actually useful in medieval mode.What about a little wooden sentry that shoots arrows at a slow fire rate, but it has got a medium range, perfect for protecting cps or stuff like that?

Or even creative reskins; the bootlegger and scottish handshake would be far better if they were reskins of the gunboats and market gardener (for the Demo, true, but still...). But yeah, we want weapons with stats dammit, new players get confused about the mechanics, but that's solved with forced all-class tutorials, rather that avoiding +X, -Y weapons. The economy is far more confusing that knowing weapons.
How about on the Christmas update all non-promotional reskins are SUDDENLY GIVEN NEW STATS by an angry wizard and previous reskins without craft recipes are made craftable/tradable and vintage?

I know that Australian Christmas is widely thought of as one of the worst that TF2 has ever seen, but I actually thought that it was one of the best that I've experienced. Now, I've only been around for about a year so I didn't get to experience the class updates firsthand, but the whole feeling that Australian Christmas brought was great. DeGroot keep somehow gave me a really cheery feeling I only get around Christmastime and it introduced the Loch-and-Load and Ullapool Caber, two weapons that I love using. It could have been done a bit better, but hell, it wasn't as bad as people say.
also it was surprising. made it a very friendly update
I think people hated the Australian Christmas update because it lacked a Christmas themed map like the Halloween themed ones (Gifts make more sense on a Christmas map).
