Those last two were added because those attributes are now surfaced by the API (the API was recently changed much to the delight of Athernar and Lagg)
The first one is for the existing paints, the second one is an existing generic container attribute for the following items: Ubersaw, Natascha, Sandvich, Vita-Saw, Your Eternal Reward, GRU, Amputator, Buffalo Steak Sandvich, Detonator, Conniver's Kunai, Quick-Fix, Overdose and the Wanga Prick.
