But it seems likely we'll get Junkyard Justice, that one medic pack, and Garden Pyro.
Those three, plus the pirate pack would make a pretty nice update, on par with the size of the original MannConomy update.

I find it hard to believe someone would be so silly just to copy and paste what's in the beta.

Anyway, my only worry about the pirate pack not having stats is that it was a newer pack, so they may not have had time to make new stats.

Valve isn't stupid. Remember, TF2 is a giant testing ground for them.
The pirate pack not having stats might just be because they don't want to reveal them.

There does seem to be a lot of confusing things about this schema leak. It's missing 3 sets we are confirmed to get, and the set that was added had no attributes. I'm guessing it was an intentional leak, that they then reveted to make it look like an accident. However, I'm still not sure if what was leaked is actually true, or just something they've thrown together to have actual content in the leak.

It's not so much they don't want to reveal them, it's much more likely they accidentally uploaded an older version of the Schema, or an incomplete one.

Or perhaps someone was in the middle of writing the schema, copying and pasting stats when suddenly either accidentally or not he published it.
If I were to write such a thing I'm sure I'd just copy and paste the booties/bottle code for Neo's items.
