I'd only call some of the guns Retro-Futuristic, as that usually implies 1940-60's sci-fi.
Grordbort's stuff seems to be a unique, Colonial-Futuristic style rather then Retro-Futuristic.
That makes sense, because the soldier only ever found one of the rockets anyway. And judging by the comic, that would have been the badwater rocket.
I'll just go ahead and assume engie found the one on 2fort. We'll see about this rocket before we even get started about the barnblitz one, seeing as valve has taken some time between the first two rockets.

so apparently Weta was talking about this wayyy back during Comic Con and they apparently said the next Weta pack will be a spy gun, a spy watch and an engineer building.
However, this conversation that apparently weta had with a few people there is only surfacing now, so yea... not sure how accurate it is.

WETA replied to everyone asking if it was going to be made for the Spy, and they told their "employees" to start production on a batch of saboteur 66's and ship them in another Rocket to get "lost" again.
