They were actually speculating the squid launcher. But yeah, same spirit.
SUF is also the only place Valve takes beta feedback, and at least the last time they made changes to the beta they actually listened to the good advice on SUF

The enforcer nerf was also posted on spuf, that doesn't mean it was good advice since it has solved literally nothing.
