While finishing the last mission in Dead Island with my friends, I thought I'd get back here and check - just to check. [I]Nothing[/I] as expected.
Then we reset the story and continued dicking around in the beginning of the game. We spend 3 hours doing that and it was absolutely hilarious. Just now we got out of it, and I came back here to check.
Again, [I]nothing[/I] as expected. It would be awesome to have the update tonight, but I'll just wait until next week. It's fine, I can wait, it's not like I can play the actual TF2 and forget about the update until it actually gets released. :v:

Both of the things we learned were leaks from the schema update and were added into the game's files that people check every time TF2 updates... It's not like Valve made an announcement saying "HEY GAIZ, WE HAVE A BIG UPDATE ON SEPTEMBER 30 SO PREPARE YOUR ANUS!"
