They could start a day-by-day update if we're lucky..
I don't think we'll get a day by day update. The Uber update was day by day to build hype leading into Meet the Medic. I doubt Meet the Pyro is done, so I don't think they really need to build the huge hype they did last time
Honestly I don't think we'll get two major updates in October. If we're getting an update or event, it's going to be closer to Halloween.
Or MAYBE the Halloween event will start this week and last throughout the month of October!
While I'd really love a day by day update, or any update to be released (even if they only fix a rare Linux crash), but it's not going to happen today.

I don't see why there needs to be a long time between two major updates. If the update happens tonight and Halloween starts when it usually does there will be around the same amount of time between the two as there was between the Hatless and Replay updates, which were both considered "major"
