I've noticed on that link that goes to the like i call it a leaked items_game.txt the "Heavy's Lumberjack Hat". Maybe it's a hint for a new Heavy set?

I just tested the Family Business on Soldier and Pyro and it has some very obvious clipping areas around the trigger.
For the Reserve Shooter, it has some really weird visual errors on Heavy (a huge bar sticking out from the gun to the ceiling), but obviously looks fine on Pyro.
For some reason Engineer isn't able to equip other people's shotguns in ItemTest

The Pyro's Reserve Shooter looked a little bugged for me around around the trigger, looked like part of it was sticking out.

To commemorate the death of Steve jobs Valve add a new update.
This update revolves around the "Death of comrades" and they include achievements like "Kill the guy who just killed the guy who assisted you with X task" Earning these achievements grants you a new taunt where you can pay your respects to your fallen comrades. (and enemies)
But as it's to commemorate the death of Steve jobs vale also add another achievement that allows you to Obtain some more ear buds.
This causes a market crash by pulling out the main for of currency used by traders.
Hoarders begin to whine about valve ruining TF2 and quit the game leaving behind just the people who play TF2 because they want to play.
