Mostly mustache.
The way models are made makes it impossible to get chin based beards working correctly. They have to cover the entire mouth, like the camera beard, or else they won't move when the character is talking.
You can do it, it just has to be a player model replacement.
well From Dust is out now, so that promo needs to be made tradeable/craftable/buyable/droppable
And they have to add the Deus Ex promo *trollface*

Yeah, but a minor one, more fixes and promo items, the usual, not Big Major Huge Update.
I'm expecting something Next week, when TF as a franchise celebrates 15 years, a "Big" Update like The Hatless one. Also, Almost 2 months since the Über Update release, could be a nice timing.
And TF2 turns 4 in October. :)

I have an idea for the double misc feature; Make it so you can't wear two certain miscs at one time. (i.e the Dangerequse, Too and the Summer Shades together)
that's probably the plan.
make the bonk boy a misc and don't let the plague mask be equipped with the bucket helm.
I just hope the Foster's Facade becomes a misc when the double misc update hits, I really want to wear it with the Proof of Purchase.
Ages ago I think I planned a dispenser for the engineer
It was something along the lines of the dispenser being able to overheal people but it did not heal as quickly, making it unable to tank a heavy, and making the engineer vulnerable when tanking his sentry
It sounds like with some tweaks it could work
