Kinda disappointing that faithful followers of valve get fucked on the items, but new purchasers get the items right away. I preordered, and bought 2 other copies at full price and still haven't received my items and they haven't either..

Are they manually handing them out or something? Why would it take this long?

Well, I've heard you get the items as a random drop or something, so maybe i'm not getting them because i'm at the drop cap or whatever?

I still haven't got my l4d stuff... Does the item cap prevent me from finding them? Because I'm still finding random weapons.

While I don't understand why this is taking so long, I see it as there being a huge button on Robin's Computer that says "Give all owners of L4d2 Frying pan and Ellis' Hat". I'd like to know why they appear randomly, and not all at once.
