They generally leave about 3 months between major updates, although it has been nearly 5 since WAR!, the 119th may be major enough to cause a delay. Don't they usually announce a class update on the Thursday the week before the update hits? That gives them 5 days to show the update and then release at the end of the next week. But I seriously don't think the Engineer update will be this soon. But I'm only saying this since they put the 119th update on their side menu on their blog and they usually have some time (1 to 2 months) between those bigger updates.
However, I hope I'm wrong and it does happen soon.

Anyone got any speculations about leaked unlocks from that video yet?
Well, there isn't that many things to look at, from what I see. Though I liked the scrapped Dispenser replacement in the background. What I liked more, was that he threw the Hotrod somewhere to collect dust and is welding with a different welding mask.
The most likely 'leak'-candidates would be the blueprint in the background, the hammer, the welding device, the objects with the red lights in the background and the guitar.
