You completely missed what I meant, that's because those are comparable to kills. You cant do things like health given or damage done/taken because that'll be going up the hundreds, not by one or two at a time, so would need a new scale for numbers to ranks, which I don't think Valve will do just for a couple of items.

And spirit of giving doesn't count it's a bit of fun/a gimmick.
