Fun fact. he was also gay!
Yep! And the British government killed him because of it. He was really young, too. Think of all of the stuff he could have gone on to make...
I hope every class gets their own Meet the... taunt, all of them based on a pose in their Meet the... video. Kinda like the Demoman's salute which was mentioned earlier.
So I got an answer to my support ticket. Remember that? Oh neat the support team has a sense of humor! Wonder what it means: oh.
Oh hey they got back to me as well:
http://blogs.valvesoftware.com/economics/arbitrage-and-equilibrium-in-the-team-fortress-2-economy/ Let's read the first paper from Valve's economist, I, for one, rather enjoyed seeing an outsider's perspective of the TF2 economy, and I enjoyed a Economy paper for the first time!
Play dumb and continue to complain. We need some entertainment to hold us over until Monday evening.

Nah I don't want to waste their time. I only submitted a ticket because I figured since they chose to display the information as an error perhaps part of the game required people to contact support, thought they might give information or the next part of the game to people that contacted them.
Good deal, that's fine.
Fun fact. he was also gay!
This just in, Valve is confirming that ALL the gay shipping is now canon. Also Owly has been hired to draw some of the subsequent comics. (i would not mind this)
nothing gets past the suf crew
I like how you label a person just because of the registration date. I never used suf (or spuf, if you prefer), think before you post.
Wow, the forums are a bloodbath today. Never underestimate the ravenous anger of TF2 fans who haven't had any updates with substance since last December... EDIT: On a more optimistic note, less than two days left people!
Well we'll see what all them 12 people in the tf2 were up to all this time.
Wow, the forums are a bloodbath today. Never underestimate the ravenous anger of TF2 fans who haven't had any updates with substance since last December...
It isn't a "bloodbath" like you called it, it's just unfair to label me as outsider (saying that I came from another forum) because I'm a recent member. Besides, my post actually has something interesting, unlike the countless reposts of info we already know.
It isn't a "bloodbath" like you called it, it's just unfair to label me as outsider (saying that I came from another forum) because I'm a recent member.
I was referring to the one thread where people roasted a user for just now making a thread about the Wiki front page, and several people were banned.
I smell a blog post late at Sunday, early on Monday, or at midnight after this weekend.
I was referring to the one thread where people roasted a user for just now making a thread about the Wiki front page, and several people were banned.
I saw that, and that was just utterly stupid, like I said, think before you post. Thinking is halfway to not waste your and other people's time with unnecessary posts.
I smell a blog post late at Sunday, early on Monday, or at midnight after this weekend.
a blog post on a sunday? ehhh....
a blog post on a sunday? ehhh....
Yeah and all it says in plain text is, "Tomorrow."
a blog post on a sunday? ehhh....
Yeah, I think most of us agree Valve is just gonna make wait until Monday. I believe it was may more likely if we got a new blog post on a Saturday then Sunday.
Thinking is halfway to not waste your and other people's time with unnecessary posts.
And knowing what to post is half the battle! [editline]23rd June 2012[/editline]
a blog post on a sunday? ehhh....
It may happen, maybe it'll hit within the time it strikes 12:00 midnight on Sunday. And I still think that we should tune in tomorrow....night...morning....midnight to see if there's anything tf2 related on adult swim if it's available for us.
Yeah and all it says in plain text is, "Tomorrow."
"Tomorrow" will be in some weird language or symbols.
"Tomorrow" will be in some weird language or symbols.
It will be written in the most obscure foreign language with Zalgo symbols used on Maximum.
here's something to pass the time A SCAVENGER HUNT First person to find and quote five of these types of posts within this very thread wins uh I guess a drawing of your choice? Done in sharpie, though, so big whoop.
- Fan-fiction disguised as speculation - News being reported for the fourth time - Opinions being formed on things we don't know about - Casually referring to the Pyro as "she" - Assumption that the Pyro's identity will be revealed - Bemoaning the fact that the poster won't be around to play the game - Intense loathing at late news reporters - A banning - Disapproval of sharing information with the unclean masses (ie, spuf and reddit) - "I had a dream about TF2" - The same joke being made three times - Genuine belief that Valve is, or has a history of "trolling" - Taking a joke seriously - Digging up old TF2 crap in the beliefs that an arcane clue will be found

"Tomorrow" will be in some weird language or symbols.
A wall of tomorrow where one is a different color. A wall of different (possibly extinct) languages/fonts saying tomorrow. MORE FRACKING QR CODES saying tomorrow A blog post that references Aqua Teen Hunger Force saying "Tomorrow..." as the title and "You." as the body text, with a hyper link to the Pyro. Speculation is a go.
I just thought of something; what if Valve makes the Pyro type "Mpppphh Mmpppphhhhhh Mmmph" or something among the lines of that as their "Updated Localization Files" joke for the big update?
"Tomorrow" will be in some weird language or symbols.
Probably will be in the Pyro's language as well, using something complex as hell. "Hudda mmmmmph ffffhhhmmmmph!"
here's something to pass the time A SCAVENGER HUNT First person to find and quote five of these types of posts within this very thread wins uh I guess a drawing of your choice? Done in sharpie, though, so big whoop.
God damnit I thought that was a changelog from an update at first.
There's just something so menacing and intimidating about the Pyro in this image... To think, he was actually one of the classes that were considered the cutest because of his speech and his taunts...and now he's the thing that's scaring me the most.

that image needs a chicken hat, a neck tie and some stuffed pyro dolls instead of grenades. Change the weapon to a mailbox.
