I don't think they'll use Weta stuff on day 1, and day 4 or 5 is Pyro's day, so that's 2-3 days of sets!

I think that the kritzkrieg should have a higher pitch noise, like a screeching noise. It would sound like the Quick Fix to some people.

Just so you know, I don't know how you do it, but...
Did you try the Quick fixes sounds as a variant for shifting pitches, or try to add a sound to it to make it distinct?
I would also love to see new sounds for the Direct Hit and the Black Box.

How about Mechanical Monday?
It adds a few metallic sets, has a few paragraphs of valve-quality witty dialogue and explains Mann VS Machine while showing a few new gamemode exclusive maps.
And yes, one of the sets would be for Engineer.

Ned, I don't know how paints work, but is it possible to do paint fixes via schema by changing the hues that are applied? For instance, I was looking at the Cremator's Conscience today and noticed that the paints are off: Operator's Overalls on it is more desaturated than usual (almost looks like a slightly darker Waterlogged) and Teamwork (which [I]should[/I] almost perfectly match the color of the Pyro's chest area) looks gray too.

Has anyone found anything out about the recon_ping and scout_dodge sounds that I found in the ARG chat? (Yes, I am the guy who discovered them first, but I posted it in spufs first under the name greenfireandice) More important, are the sounds in any way, shape, or form related to new and upcoming things or have they been there?

eh? what folder are these sound files under?

It was in the materials gcf, tf, sound, and I think weapons. I know for sure it was in the sound directory though.
Just so you guys know, yes, I AM the on who found the gcf items with these noises....I think we can make a picture out of the noises, like those sounds in the Rattman den in Portal 2.

I got what may be a weird question involving schema work. Is it possible to code up the caber's taunt to be a kill taunt? I'm not sure if this is a thing that bugs anyone else but it would be fairly neat to suicide hit someone in the face like the equalizer.

I think the Meet the Pyro hype train is here. If I miss it, i'll be a pyro in all servers till monday which is were we meat the pie row.
