Calling it now: Pyro is Poopy Joe. He survived the explosion and took the parts from the broken rocket to make a flame thrower. Mann Co. came to him and forced him to fight for them. Mann Co., during a Senate hearing, claims that Poopy Joe is dead in order to remove suspicion.

Beside the decoding ideas, do you think they may have been making the pyro such as Dr. Frankenstein made his monster? Except referring back to the old b&w movie in which they accidentally put in the wrong brain (Poppy's brain perhaps?)

I have been playing TF2 and I only got Goldfishes and Pocketlints. Darn.
