Personally I am guessing that the final image has nothing to do with anything other than more TF2 backstory.

Listening to the inception theme and looking through all of the things uncovered here is just mind blowing. Damn ARG's.

If the md5 codes are different for 7 and 8 why do they lead to the same thing?
