There are much worse animation problems in TF2 than the Loch-n-Load. The Pomson is still missing a world reload animation. It doesn't have a reload animation at all! The Sharp Dresser has a wonky little mini-arm just sitting there. The Pomson view model animations are still terrible, and the Widowmaker and Pomson both need better world holding animations where the hand doesn't just clip through the whole gun. Those are worse than Demoman accidentally putting the grenade a little to the side of the hole on higher view model settings. None of those problems should exist. At all. Especially since the drought of content. If there was a single person working on the game, they could have at least made an attempt to give it animations. It is even worse since new animations (Mostly taunts) -have- been made within the last year, which means an animator has worked on the game.
