I think it's RED spy, just the tint makes it look off

First time I've been on SPUF for a while, saw a bunch of people claiming that TOBOR was only the texture in foundry, and the pictures were of the Pyro. How can people be so out of the loop and still make angry arguments about it?

Also, when do they add the descriptions for the achievements on the Update Page? I was under the impression they did that soon after the initial reveal.
