I kind of agree, though you're usually so far from the face model that it wouldn't be as noticeable. (Would still be noticeable when the character speaks, though.) With the Soldier, that could be rectified by attaching more of the cigar to the mustache, since it covers most of his thin top lip, and it would only look odd when he opens his mouth. With the Heavy... yeah, it can't really be fixed. The pipes only work because the pipes' lips and bit are hidden.

I really wish that the All-Father painted black looked better with the One Man Army. The One Man Army isn't the same shade, so it looks really off. If only the hair of the OMA were paintable...

There is a lot of hate out there for the Houwar, but to me it is just an amazing piratey hat and the beard complements it and some other hats so well.

If it ever does get in game, it's quite figured it'll get the smoke effect like all other pipes, but I'll imagine that most people will combine it with the Mutton Chops for a double smoke effect, despite how horribly it will clip.

That would clip so bad with every Demoman taunt though. I like it, but I wish the Demoman would get more miscs that aren't Demoknight themed.
