I know Pyro isn't Poopy Joe, but I was looking at Soldier's domination lines last night and noticed that he calls the Pyro [URL="http://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/b/bc/Soldier_DominationPyro01.wav"]"Smokey Joe"[/URL] (referring to some 1960s train toy). I was surprised I hadn't seen someone use that as "proof" that he's a monkey yet. Maybe someone did and I just disregarded it at the time.
What happens most of the time "something" seems to be updated in the TF2 page:
-99.99% Something related with user cache, internet browser or ISP
-0.01% Page is really being updated

The timer is a javascript thingamajig that uses your system timer to calculate. It seems that your clock isn't set to the right timezone.

Yes, your clock is set to the correct time, but is it set to the correct time zone?
By default, Windows assume you are at GMT, and that would explain the difference between the timers given that you are probably in another timezone.
