I love the brawlers blaster, don't get me wrong... But the stats.

I don't think they'll ever make any scatterguns that can be more viable than the stock.
I'm thinking of this, remember that thing on the first day on HUB with some weird characters that implied to not watch this before Meet The Pyro and was removed later?
I think that will reappear and Valve want us to see MtP first, because Robots will be revealed on the video, then we got to see all the info about MvM in the site.

Something tells me that Valve's underwhelming us with content from the updates only to come out with the big and exciting stuff on day 3.
But hey, maybe I'm getting my hopes up.

Public Enemy pack seems like what they tried to do the the Milkman Pack.
Midrange fighter with more HP, less DPS at close range, and some mild boosts of strength (speed with the enemy pack, Health with the mad milk pack).

Doing some theorycrafting here, so obviously I won't know how these items play out until I use them, but out of all these items I can only see myself using the pistol and SMG.
The Scattergun looks like a mid-range Scout weapon, since he'll be like Pyro speed until he hits boost. It does less damage, so I hope they don't make the damage falloff too punishing or otherwise he'll have to be right up in somebody's face to be effective and with his slower speed and less damage it won't work out too well. It'll probably be a boon to flag cappers, though.
The pistol looks great, you have a tiny bit more health and don't take fall damage but you'll get raped by Pyros. It's a good sidegrade since it shoots slower, so I might use it on and off with the regular pistol.
The sniper rifle, if by "upscoping" they mean unscoping, doesn't look too good. Being stuck in scope is horrible, since you move slow and are an easy target for other snipers. 25% faster charge isn't that big of a boon unless you're fighting heavies since you usually only need to do a quick scope to pull off a 150 dmg headshot which then sets you up for a bodyshot to finish off most classes, but since this weapon does less damage on bodyshots you can't do that.
The SMG looks good, if not a bit OP. The regular SMG is good for finishing people off after a headshot or dealing with Scouts and Spies, so you trade the ability to defend yourself that well with a KGB effect. If you can use the crits with your other weapons then you'll be pulling off 150 dmg noscopes or like 35dmg per SMG bullet.
The bazooka looks like a spam weapon, which thankfully you can't refill through dispensers. It might be too powerful or it might be too useless depending on how long it takes to charge and if it slows you down like the cow mangler. If all three rockets do individual damage then that could easily kill most classes, but when dealing with a medic + (soldier, demoman, pyro) it probably won't do too well since you'll be low on clip afterwards and it won't be enough damage to kill them in one blow.
The flare gun stats don't look too good. The flaregun is good for the pyro to do long range damage, so the knockback isn't useful at that range, and up close you'd want to use the shotgun instead. Plus, it does less damage. If it still gets crits on people who are on fire it might be good to use if you're low on health but otherwise as a Pyro you could just use your compresion blast to keep people away while you retreat. The ability to ignite multiple people at once is basically a detonator on hit instead of manually detonating, so it might be better for people who can't time it that well, but then you can't flarejump like with the detonator.
The weapons are all visually appealing, and I'd love to get my hands on the Sniper hat + glasses, but I don't think I'll be using the majority of these weapons.
