I were expecting it to turn into the next piece of the ARG. Well, time to sleep and wait until Valve releases the next hint.

When I read the final few lines, they make mention of "defective suitcase explosives". Did this ARG explain what is inside the CTF Briefcases? Explosive Gravel Water? If that is the case, then I am amazed. Either that, or sleep deprivation has made me surprised by everything.
