hitbox identification for the explosion is bad. The item explodes so quickly it's hard to tell where you hit.
And it looks and sounds like a firework canon, but explodes like a regular explosion. A unique particle on the explosion would bring more uniqueness to the item.
If they added a rocket launcher that had unique particles later and it enhanced the weapon and helped with gameplay, then yes, we should.
And actually I want a unique particle on the jumpers, for no other reason than they explode but don't hurt, and I think they should lose the explosion portions and just let out smoke and flashes.

As far as I know nothing more happened. We're stuck with that transcript. Which is kinda disappointing, but can also mean we'll probably get more stuff tonight. Oh yeah, there's also that blog post about the new flare gun.

yea, they need to fix that. It still shoots a regular flare, but it has a perfectly useable projectile already.

I can't stand using the Detonator for exactly this reason. I feel like I'm going insane whenever I try alt-clicking. It never seems to do ANYTHING for me.
Plus the sound is like shoving an ice pick directly into your eardrum.

Some of us went to bed. Some of us woke up again. Some of us are at work. Some of us are furiously gluing goldfish and pocket lint together hoping to get the answer.
But otherwise, no, nothing has happened.
E: Your best bet is to just keep checking the internets for news of a TF2 update. If it's anything like the last few days, a mystery update will probably ship out sometime in the early afternoon for west coasters, around 1200-1400 PT. If the capacitor is claiming to be a time, though, maybe around 1800 PT.

Hmm, interesting idea. I actually got an idea from before this post; so, yesterday was the banana crafting QR codes. If we were to have everyday have a unique stunt per day for each of the 7 items that were recently added, we would have the last one done on Wednesday. Now, if Thursday is the most popular day to release TF2 updates, this would actually give us perfect timing. Rate me optimistic, but I think there is some logic to this.
personally I think today's gonna be DAY 1 of whatever gigantic update this is
Anyone else thinking this might be like, a gigantic update of epic porportions? I mean, when was the last gigantic one? I think we're totally due.

aww, I like the sound. One of the more impressive sounds in the game, makes the weapon seem more deadly than it is, like the Reserve Shooter.

A different item riddle everyday = the trash ARG ending next thurs. Then what? Please don't let my nightmare of the update suddenly and violently appearing from nowhere, like an angry bear in a alleyway, come true. I WANT LEGIT BUILDUP AFTER ARG, DAMMIT.

Probably why I resent the weapon so much. Everything about it says "this is really powerful!" and then you go to use it and it just does a measly "pfftschtch" in some unspecified area a few feet away from a Heavy.
On topic: I have the rest of the afternoon off and will be going to see that new Wes Anderson movie, so something really exciting and important is BOUND to happen in TF2!
