You could kind of exploit it by trading back and forth to get what you want, but that's using the term exploit loosely. I'd like to be able to do that.

i sold a tf2logo larkin i had for 55 refined RIGHT before the tf2 update that added the trine hats. at the time the alternate account was being used to test the price checking bot we were developing with hatte botte name, and as soon as tf2 updated, i manually crafted roughly 70 refined with blinding fury. i think the 5th craft in was the #1 War Head.
but i didnt want to attrach too much attention to the what we were working on(in case it sucked or we failed), so i traded the hat to my other account and kept it there until the scrap bot was launched and getting community support.

I have a TF logo larrikin too, so their price is around 55 refined now? I could never find someone who would trade it for promos :v:

Seeing how it's only one guy doing it, not really. It's not really a hassle to find a scrap baker in a random close-to-full trade server.

that is the idea. the bot cannot join ingame servers, so anyone who still wants to scrap back in trade servers still can.
It takes forever to get anything "done" on a trade server. I approve, but I like saving up until my backpack is full, and then I craft all my extra's and get like 4 refined.

I'd kill for a bot that gives a random weapon for another weapon... And I'd still like a specific weapon for a Scrap.

we found a very random glitch last night that causes the bot to crash.
bump, need some people to bank with the bot. we found some bugs that need to be fixed/tested.
just traded with it, pretty impressed actually
