I like TF2B much more. One reason is because you can see if the hat is painted or not. Also for not scrolling pages.
The one thing about tf2items that I like is the search ability, but it's still somewhat limited. If tf2b had search I'd likely never look at tf2items again. Oh also, it needs /id/ support.
i don't use tf2b. tf2items looks way cleaner to me. And tf2b's icons are ugly imo. and not bothered to go through all the options just to see a backpack quickly.

I generally prefer shugo's icons, they're what I use in game, as well.

I use TF2items, because I can check Trades/Crafting Blueprints.
I like tf2items because it shows my backpack how I actually have it organized.
Now that I know how to get TF2b to use Valve's icons I might start using it.
TF2items is good for blueprints.

TF2b is too huge + ugly icons, but updates instantly. I prefer tf2items, but when I idle I check my backpack with tf2b.
