Duh. I mean total participants as in the max amount of people. Seeming as it's only 1 scrap per entry, and the other raffles have 9 to 12 max participants, I would have thought that the entry cap would be a higher than 12.

Winner gets all the scrap.

27 max would be better, ups the suspense and random factor, and it's enough for a whole hat. I like this idea.
30 full participants in the chat at one time.
Since mystery raffles are going to be a very rare thing, 1 scrap = 3 entries.
Auctions are going to be my main thing, though.
1 scrap is one entry.
When mystery hats are raffled, only the winner finds out what the hat is, he can't post it on FP either.

I'm going to be a quite obvious but.
You do know metals will be untradable?, It's common sense, If metal was tradable, there would be thousands of chinese people idling each day, combining metals from other accounts and creating hats, which in turn will be sold for IRL cash.
This would make problems for valve.
And the only main thing i can think off, trading is only for hats, since hats are obviously rare, and items drop 10 timer per week (98% are weapons)
I can't see why valve would make metals and weapons tradable
Sorry for spoiling the fun OP, But i'm just stating the most obvious thing.
Why not make weapons tradable
No need to post your opinion about if it's going to be tradeable or not.
You don't work at valve, so you don't know if it's going to be tradeable or not
