Natasha uses boolets that are more blunt than ones of sasha. This makes every shot more painful and stunning, but actual damage to the body is is not so great. When this weapon was being tested, everyone soon realized that it would be too inhumane to cause so much pain in such a short time, thus they made fire rate slower.
Heavys POW-manouver is, a concealed weapon(using the techology of spies, as already explained) built in into his hand, that when fired launches an airstream powerful enough to kill any man. Yet being just a airstream it can not go on for longer distances.

How does the uber charge work
Ubercharge works by covering your entire body in liquid kevlar which blocks bullets. Cloak works by redirecting the photons around you, and when people bump into you, they break the flow so that you become partially visible. The sniper rifle is actually a railgun and a normal gun at the same time, the longer you charge, the more kinetic energy your bullet gets, the more damage you do.

The BONK! Atomic punch works through radioactivity. The radioactive ingredients combine with the special ingredients and scouts stomach acid, to give scout radioactive blood which has the opposite effect of a magnet, except for lead. The radioactivity also allows you to move faster, which means scouts body gets rid of the effects quickly. When it wears off, the lactic acid in Scouts legs cause him to slow down for a few seconds before it disperses
Knife is pretty damn sharp if you ask me.

Someone please explain to me what "Bonk! Atomic Punch" is.
My explanation of the normal ubercharge is that, a large metal/iron coating suddenly covers your body, and the iron has been extracted from blood.
