Why are you allowed to equip the spycicle and the dr at the same time

the enforcer with them isn't even that bad, if they have good ambassador aim (read; luck) you can't do jack at any range

right now, for "sure escape alive + power at close range" loadout, it will be enforcer, spycicle, DR.

still don't know what is taking valve so long to add the enforcer 20% longer delay between shots nerf.

I don't see how it will make much of a difference
even with slower shots, they can still wound me, bugger off and hide/get to medkits before me and then uncloak and finish me off

i see your point. They should not even have longer cloak time as a downside for the enforcer as the DR will negate it. let the downside be 25 less hp or something. or even 10% faster cloak drain + 20 less hp if it isn't enough.

nothing drastic, just something small, like an extra 10 or 15 damage.
