Agreed, the only reason I played that game the whole way through was because it was "Duke Nukem Forever". It was very boring.

An admin of the server I'm currently on randomly gave me a Strange Loch-N-Load, Strange Dead Ringer and a Strange Southern Hospitality because I have been on the server for a while.
I got a problem.
Everyone now and then my game freezes then a black bar appears at the corner of my screen. I can hear sound from my character and from the game but I can see anything.
Anyone know what this is?

Have you tried defraging and/or checking the integrity of TF2's cache? Have you installed any mods lately? Have you got a desktop toolbar?

Head to the Properties section of TF2 and try both of those. It takes a little while, but it may help.
Also consider moving some of your mods to a separate folder if the problem persists, as it may be caused by one of those (That dragon flamethrower in the emporium from a while back used to caused my game to crash).
For some reason my internet is fucked, but only on my laptop, so it's not my router. I tried some shot, rebooting, nothing worked. Oh well, looks like in posting from my iPod until I fix it

The only mods I have are just retextures and such. They don't really affect my game.
I'll try those methods and see if my game improves.
