[editline]26th April 2012[/editline] Also, hello everyone! :v:[/QUOTE] Just because you can ambush with the weapon doesn't mean that you couldn't do the exact same job with Degreaser or Stock without having to sacrifice the utility that compression blasts offer. With the Backburner and Phlogistonator, you're committing yourself to kill or be killed, having little to no ability to control your enemies escape or pursuit and cannot frequently be pushing spam away from yourself so you live longer. Even with the Backburner, ammo drains very quickly when you are in a pinch and are required to airblast to keep yourself alive, the slight damage bonus (which is going to be negated once the TF2 Beta changes get shipped) and narrow critrange isn't worth that utility loss.
