Like stupidly weak, but some people will want to have pistol and bonk (I'd keep my bat personally)

Either a Slot 4 is made (a la Spy), or Bonk! is placed in Slot 2, with the Pistol, as a taunt/secondary fire function.

This is because by the time you think you've racked up a high enough chance you'll either be dead or your enemy will be dead. The latter situation is only a problem when you are alone with one enemy. Your current crit chance increase can be a good thing if the latter is the situation because, assuming you keep the chance high for a while, you can obliterate any future enemies you encounter. Of course, you can rectify this problem by adding a special visual and sound effect when your crit chance is about 30% or higher.

People need to think of something more original than "reduces [x] amount of health" and "[x] crits on kill".

Why remove health off of the scout? Just because valve did it, doesn't mean all of you should.

I personally switch between the two. If I am using the uber then I have the ubersaw, but with the kritz it is not worth it and I use the bonesaw. You'd be surprised how much damage that thing can do.
