Something like a modified cylinder (not the default 32-faced one) with less polies or a modified cube with round edges could work (if it is a rocket launcher, how are you even gonna grab the torus?)
You still grab the straight bit, I just thought it might look nice curving back around. I can just not do it if it doesn't.
~snip~
I will now go to sleep. Tomorrow is a day for water balloons and maybe a water gun using righteous bison animations.

what is he trying to say
He is saying someone should make the Scout's gym bag have his other melee weapons sticking out of the opening, as if he was all packed for a good bludgeoning with Big Tony at the corner of 31st and J Street.
Actually I haven't left them at default once.
Still, the settings you gave them are way too high.

16 sides on a cylinder is good for the big ones. Even less for smaller things.
they're going to want summer items for the summer seal anyway. Might as well start early and get a leg up on the competition.
I would be very down for a Summer Mod Comp or something similar.
I will admit I did like it at one point. But I got over it, and I don't want anything to do with it again.
Now can we stop this? I concluded that I'll just have to live with this dumb title. Let's go back to mods
I don't think whether you do, did or don't was ever important. The funny thing, at least for me, was how you kept desperately arguing against joking accusations.
[You know what? I'm snipping this. There are only a few posts left on the page, and with the time I spent writing this I want a better page placement.]

By that logic, I have a fetish for.. Hold on for a moment..
Olga lifted her pen and carefully tucked it inside her fur cap before letting loose a sigh of satisfaction and sinking back into the comfortable darkness. The air inside the cossack tent was hot and humid, and she was completely undressed save for a layer of beige fabric straps tightly wrapped around her heaving bosom.
Suddenly, she felt a familiar sting and released a short squeal of delight. As the salad fork was withdrawn from her flesh, she opened her eyes to see Yulia beside her. Shadows draped themselves over the perfect curves of her body, revealing only suggestive outlines of cream-colored skin and the lush circles of her delicate handlebar mustache. Yulia gave Olga yet another playful stab with the fork, but paused, as her attention was caught by the little scrap of paper still left on the floor.
Yulia picked it up, gently, and as she studied it in the dim light, her succulent cherry lips parted into a naughty smile.
'You've made a pencil sketch?' she said in a silky voice. Olga gasped and closed her eyes again, as Yulia continued. 'And not just any pencil sketch.. It's a cruddy pencil sketch. So.. cruddy..' Yulias voice faded into an ecstatic sigh. Olga had already started loosening the fabric straps, slowly peeling the torn, oil-stained sackcloth from her flawless body. 'Is there anything I should change?' came her submissively murmured reply.
Yulia pressed closer and, punctuating each word with a careful pierce of the salad fork, answered. 'The handle is the only.. part.. with.. its color. Give the tank.. The same.. color... For balance.'
Olga let out a delighted moan. The fork slipped from Yulias graceful fingers and landed on the floor with a muffled clink. She pressed even tighter, locking Olga in a passionate, feverish embrace and burying her mustache in Olgas exquisite skin. Her rosy lips formed around nearly inaudible syllables as she whispered two final words.

EDIT: Oh, wow, I even managed to get the page king. Goodnight everyone, sweet dreams.
On Quinnjdq's request, I reworked the scout gladiator pack:

The bar behind the music notes should be a solid blade, with the lines etched onto it.
maybe a water gun using righteous bison animations.
might also work with shotgun and sticky animations

I really like the design of the 'winner' pack, may need a bit of toneing down for the actual model though. The saw blade looks great and I perfer the just notes setup, good job generally. [sp]Also, you don't have to call me 'Quinnjdq' Quinn works just fine.[/sp]
Heyo guys!!! I don't have the Episode 1 so for me, the paste SourceSDK it doesn't exist.

easiest solution, buy episode 1.
the episode 1 tools should be in the sdk files - I can't see why they would remove them.

amazing, my dear sir.
Time to share another terrible idea.
The Prime Time
A grenade launcher with a minigun-esque M2 spinup. After spinning for a period of time, it allows the GL to start firing minicrit grenades. The downside is that the mechanical motion imposes a movement penalty.

You can imply, though.
You can imply, though.
Implying or even suggesting is far different from shoehorning a specific functionality into it.
