Regarding the bear. i'm adding the stitching in a bit. and i'll try and make a different brushstroke pattern. can't imagine the blocky one would work that well.

All you had to say was 'it's quite small on sniper. A more detailed texture could look too busy, especialy as he's got all the hats going on. I mean check out engys bear, that was about as detailed as kawiiala here.' Double tap those haters with well constructed arguments. The reaction you gave just made you look stupid.

Also, the flare gun anim version looks like a shorter, more compact and less makeshift weapon that is oddly appealing. It looks like it makes more sense to me.
I'm not sure. A question just popped into my mind if would be possible to have weapon styles for something like that, where the different styles use different resources.

At the concept stage, I'd have said these items were stupid and not worth the time. But now, now i look upon them, their Delicious textures, their flawless models, they scale of greatness, and i relalise how much I WANT THEM RIGHT NOW. You two really did a great job on the toilet seat. I can actualy see that as a real item.

Still working on this guy. With all of the phong parameters in place, I still feel that the transparency looks overly ethereal. Tried doing an opaque version, which looks OK, I guess. Which do people like better?

I might just be missing something about how that bag is supposed to work. Does it actually fill up as you gain uber, or is it just static?
If it fills up as you gain uber and then empties out when you pop it, I can explain its functionality via the internal mechanisms of the machine. Just trying to make sense of it from a technical perspective.
