I just noticed that Populus's set gives the Sniper a parka hood and eyewear but he's still got his forearms exposed. Silly frozen Sniper.

Those arms would look pretty good with that set, in fact it's the only thing I can think of that would make it better.
So I compiled PANdemonium into TF2. Made the pan part smaller because the whole thing was completely insanely huge.
