The dragon is being released as a mod, but not submitted to the workshop. The rest are being released as a mod and on the workshop.
By the way, I believe Widdle already ported the vsh version of the dragon to Gmod. This just means he has to do the same for the playermodel version. :v:

incorrect, releases get you more votes because you can upload it to Gamebanana and TF2mods and here, it will also make people more excited, plus no one can steal it if you do both at the same time

People will steal it no matter what you do. Multitrip made his awesome sailor Demoman set and a few days later, someone stole all the items with their exact same names and descriptions and put them in THEIR Workshop page.
This fucking world.
Putting your stuff on the Workshop first, then releasing it makes it so that anyone stealing it is less believable. Most thieves don't take their folder sizes into account.

I didn't mean for it to be :( because now I started on the UV unwrapping/texturing for it which I do when the model is pretty much done. I don't blame you though, I could see how that could be easily be sarcastic.
The bipod could possibly introduce some prone mode. A sniper rifle that went prone as you zoomed would be an interesting gameplay mechanic. On one hand, it would remove any capability of using windows or areas with obstructions below them. On the other hand, it would greatly lessen your hitbox size and make you a bit harder to notice. Perhaps it could have a quickened charge increase rate as well, if the prone ability wouldn't warrant the weapon enough.
I know we don't get to pick stats and stuff, but it might be interesting.
