You actually can use my custom animations, the frying pan doesn't encounter any broken position with my animations installed :P
And I clearly have no idea of why Valve decided to make the frying pan as all class item.. It just doesn't make any sense.

They added the crap for the Conscientious Objector. Nothing else makes use of it. May as well do something with it.

i don't get what's so wierd about it, i mean there's no specific reason why only soldier and demo were the only ones who could use it other than them being able to share the same model using their regular animation

Nope, I mean when they created the original "all class" melee anims, why did they create such a specific set of anims? Should have animated to a generic cylinder and tweaked the Saxxy to fit.

Otherwise when youre in the possession of Neo's killicon installer you replace the D and Dneg vtf files.
Then you edit the mod_textures_addon.txt with the new size and information on what it should replace.

You say that, but they were called heavy_all rather than heavy_saxxy, for example. And the Persian Persuader released very soon afterwards.
