I actually like the rockets the least... The stickies and flares are good though.
The rockets look too sparse... I dunno, I feel like there should be more of them (but that wouldn't work in terms of animations etc...)

Didn't somebody suggest using the ScoRes stickies? Personally I think it looks passable and the Flares look the best, but the rockets just look awkward.
I just feel most of those things don't look good not being their original color. Demoman is the only one with actual grenades he use in game on his belt, so that their orange naturally is alright... however it just looks strange with the flares and rockets. Are they supposed to be deactivated or what?

the idea here by the way is to firstly match the grenades on Demoman's vest, and secondly so that you can't confuse them in gameplay. Also they were going to be paintable. The orange is also necessary to draw attention to that area, something which the Foster's tie fails at. It is possible that they might be shiny enough without orange to still draw the attention, but I'm not sure.

Just feels odd with them not being their original color. It's like all those bullet belt accessories people make, they'd just look weird if the bullets were paintable.

Well, I I've only seen Demo's nades come in different colors... and usually the colors either determine what team their on, or if they're inactive. However I've never seen flares or bullets come in 4 different colors for the same type. It's just not the same thing. I can sort of buy it with it being an explosive, but not with it being a flare or a bullet.

Does it move at all when the scout moves or is it rigged stiffly to the scout's shirt?

It's not jiggleboned, but moves relatively naturally when the Scoot does. It already needs a lot of bones for the rigging and I didn't want to add even more.

Indeed it is. I basically copied the vmt settings from the Old Guadalajara. I tried pyro_lightwarp but it looked awful.
