I've seen someone explaining how to avoid getting those before but I can't find it. I'm not feeling like fixing it with Photoshop.. Does anyone know how do fix that in 3ds max?

2 things about the textures.
Try matching the yellowed color of the shirt on both team, currently the red one is too pure white and the blue to yellow.
I know dr whoa does the same but it just looks weird to me.
I think the buttons should be smaller and centered, with a line on each side of them.
The ones under the tie are the only ones that should be visible.

PDA and Misc one are underway but both are still WIP, and I'm playing around with some ideas for a hat and primary, nothing finallised yet. Also I've yet too test the sleaves ingame, so clipping could be a problem.

I am Fully Aware these are novelty as all get out. Meat Grinder Shotgun that loads cocktail sausages. and a Juicer inspired Rocket Launcher that shoots carrots.
ColonelBD, I really have to be honest... Your stuff is good, but the new version of the wrench and that PDA are kind of poor.
I liked the swirl on the wrench and PDA back when it looked more like a fiddle head. The old wrench actually looked like it could kill someone. This one looks like it's made of marshmallows.
The sleeves are okay. That PDA is too busy but I do like the new handle to the wrench better.
Make the wrench have teeth like the old one, there were more of them and they were pointier. They looked like they could tear your arm off if the Engineer tightened the wrench on your arm.
Mostly: Change the swirl from that twirly bit to a fiddle head again. Simplify the PDA. Give the wrench more teeth and sharper teeth.
Speaking of stuff. I've been wanting to recreate these effects here.

The only problem is that I suck as a texture artist and none of the default ring effects cut it. I just need someone to make a single 256 by 256 ring in the same style as the ones you see in the picture.
It's just the ring. It doesn't even need to be a vtf either. I'll do the whole setting up the materials thing on my own. I just need an artist to draw me a single ring.

I can't wait to see how your pyro Grordbort particles are going to turn out.
A small word of advice though. Try not to make them quite as detailed and "realistic" as on the pictures there.
Also, if you can't team color the particles, they could at least look more neutral. It's confusing when a blue pyro is attacking with the Phlog and the screen's covered in red particles.

I was going to make them more of a yellow orange like the regular flamethrower.
And for the record, it is impossible to team color the pyro space weapon effects.
Also, I still need someone to make the weird RING sprite because I can't do that on my own!!

The Flamethrower uses two separate particle systems to have two kinds of flame. The Phlogistinator only has one system and as far as I know, it's not able to be team colored automatically like the cow mangler does. (The cow mangler uses the current paint color value of the weapon to determine the color of the effect)
Not counting the crit effects though. But those are still the same issue.
