I think I want to keep the starfish that size to be honest, it's meant to be a sizable object on his face and I think making it any smaller might lessen it's impact.

Erk that's not a QC file, that looks to be the contents of your reference smd.

Experiment a bit with it though. I agree that it should still be big, but I think some slight changes to the size could still work.

I fixed the the line instead of "player" it now says "weapons" but it still doesn't work.

Did you give it a new texture? It might be the vmt. Also the line starting with a // is a comment string and doesn't affect the way your model compiles whatsoever.

Well, it could be redesigned with slightly more detailed and "realistic" look to fit TF2 (and avoid lawsuits).
It could be team colored as well. Hell, it's default coloration fits the BLU team perfectly. The RED could have orange (RED Cream Spirit) in place of yellow and red in place of blue.

Well, I just hexed the handymans handle over to the pan. Should I try putting the vmt from the pan to the handles dir?

Basically use the pan's QC with the pan's model directory, altered handyman smd and the handyman's material directory.

The Hazmat suit was rejected because it was created by Valve. The design was based on the Pyro concept art. It's an IP issue.
It wasn't the HEV suit helmet it was based on an old pyro concept.
But with the new changes I think it looks different enough to call it original
I think it was the fact it wouldn't work with any miscs, and it gave him an odd silhouette.
Got the sniper to compile, turns out it was because I didn't give it a diffuse material :v:

I'd rather see the Haphazard Hazmat Wrap released than the Redux, in my opinion...
