Did you misread my post? I liked and will use your name, I'm not a huge fan of alliteration either. Although Superb Soaker has to stay, good play on words of Super Soaker.

We could release that as well if you'd like. Have to dig around to find the old files though, be warned; it doesn't work with any hats worth a DAMN. The redux works with all of them except those which are skin tight.
And I think it's fair to clear this up once and for all; the original Haphazard Hazmat Wrap was a matter of IP Issue; we based the hat off of a concept image of the pyro from ages back, it was under the consideration that, while it was never used, we could still use it. Foolish to say the least. It was taken down because Valve had tested it ingame and was considering putting it in, but a matter of Intellectual Property and the fact that valve didn't want to put it in and make the community think as if their old IP was freegame, so this made it so it couldn't get in.

Completely true! And before you talk about other types of IP's, things like the Vita-saw was one of the few special cases of IP, they asked the studio which made Bioshock for permission to use it, but they where not granted permission to make any money off it, and thus you are not able to purchase it, and Daimao doesn't make money from it.

if your remade one is no longer based on the old concept, then I don't see them citing IP. Especially if it's really different.
I mean... they've accepted the Heavy Duty Rag (although that was pre-money). And I think if someone submitted a nice enough pipe weapon that looked nothing like the Heavy concept art, it probably would be okay too (at least in my opinion)
