I just recently got a chance to download the student version of 3DSMax and I wanted to know how I can import and export SMD's? I did it with a plugin in Blender, so I am guessing it is the same. I have 3DSMax 2011, so a download link and instruction on how to install it would be nice. Thanks in advance.

Yesterday I made my very first concept art.
I was asked to design and model a grenade launcher for a steampunky themed game. As an active TF2 player, of course I managed to make it look a bit too TF2-esque, and now I simply want to make it a mod.

That looks really cool, only problem is that the tank thing at the top would have to be changed to accommodate for the reload animation if you wanted to make it a mod. Just wanted to give you a heads up before you started working on doing so. ;D

Yeah... as good as the model may be, I really don't like her eyes.
Not only do they look creepy, without goggles she looks too significantly different from regular Engie.
